A man has been arrested after allegedly kidnapping a 16-year-old boy and forcing him to take a ride on a van he stole from a tow yard in Seattle.
The teen was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the incident happened Sunday afternoon on the beach near the Sea-Tac Airport.

A witness reported seeing a vehicle that matched the description of a van being driven by a man matching the description.
Officers arrived and found the van with a stolen backseat locked in the driver’s seat, according to Seattle Police.
Officers arrested the suspect and he was taken into custody at the scene.
He has been charged with kidnapping, felony aggravated assault, and felony evading a police officer.
A 17-year old girl was taken by her parents to a hospital.
The family says the teen was in stable condition.
